These Terms of Use apply to the website hazeless.de and the Hazeless app.

2. Service Description

Hazeless is an app for more mindful cannabis use. It supports tracking, reflection, pause planning and pattern awareness. Hazeless does not replace medical, therapeutic or psychological advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hazeless. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Account

An account is currently required to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for using the service in compliance with applicable law.

5. Free and Premium Features

Core Hazeless features are available free of charge. Optional Premium features may add advanced statistics, additional minigames or cloud sync.

There is currently no 7-day free trial. Available Premium options and prices are shown directly in the app at the time of purchase.

If a subscription is purchased on iOS, billing is handled through the Apple App Store. In that case, management and cancellation take place through your Apple subscriptions.

6. Availability

Hazeless is currently available for iPhone on the Apple App Store. An Android version is planned and is currently communicated on the website as “coming soon”.

7. Disclaimer

The app and website are provided for information, reflection and self-observation only. They do not constitute medical advice. If you are dealing with physical or mental health concerns, professional support is important.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the services, including copy, design, logos and software, is protected by intellectual property law. Use beyond applicable legal allowances requires prior written permission.
