1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the website hazeless.de and the Hazeless app (collectively referred to as "Services").

2. Service Description

Hazeless is a cannabis harm reduction app designed to support more mindful cannabis use. The app provides tracking, statistics and informational features. Hazeless does not replace medical, therapeutic or psychological advice. All content is for informational purposes only.

3. Age Requirement

Use of the Services requires a minimum age of 18 years. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Age is verified during onboarding.

4. Free and Premium Features

The basic features of Hazeless are available free of charge. Premium features are available under the name Hazeless Premium via a subscription. Billing is handled through the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

Free Trial & Subscription Terms

New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

If the free trial is not cancelled before it ends, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the applicable subscription price.

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the App Store settings. On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Hazeless does not provide medical advice. The information provided in the app and on the website is for informational purposes only. If you have health concerns, please consult a doctor or qualified counselling service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hazeless and Brose Media shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Services (texts, graphics, logos, software) is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use without written permission is not permitted.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of material changes in advance within the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

9. Privacy Policy
